These are my Terms of Service, please respect and follow my rules. You are welcome to address questions/concerns if needed.

1. Before Ordering

I reserve the right to accept, deny or cancel any commission with or without reason, you'll be notified if your commission has been approved or not. If your order is rejected, you have: 

- Ordered incorrectly
- Ordered something outside my expertise and capabilities 
- Ordered something from my Restricted Subjects
I also may be unable to accept anymore orders in that time-frame due to a full list, emergencies or setbacks
 

My TOS is subject to change overtime. Be sure to check back occasionally prior to each purchase. New rules will not apply retroactively or influence orders started on older terms, but I will not excuse any individuals who have failed to read and comply with my Terms

By purchasing a commission, you claim to be 18 years or older. I do not request age verification unless you intend on ordering NSFW/18+ artwork. Please review my NSFW Commissions page for further details

You're required to pay within 1 week if you're the current order to be worked on. If you cannot meet in that time frame, refrain from ordering. This is to prevent the risk of progress being halted and other customers waiting longer than necessary

​

I only work with pre-existing designs, no custom orders. Your character should have a premade reference sheet or image suitable to use as a reference. This includes being unshaded (flat), fully showcases their design, easily to follow and is the most accurate. I accept multiple references or substitutes that meet this criteria

​Clients can request the publicity preferences of ones art, see my Order Here page for more information. If you request the commission to be fully private, there will be an additional fee of $5 minimum - $35 maximum, varies per order(s). I rely on my art for advertising, and do not always have the time to create new art to showcase. This fee only applies for Fully Private commissions

Reservation form submissions can only be altered 3 times, official form submissions are final. This includes: Concepts, preferences, payment method, etc. to prevent being overwhelming & confusing. If you grant artistic freedom, you forfeit the right to verify the sketch, but still verify for the character's coloring. Artistic freedom is not recommended for specific orders. Any edit requests after the sketching phase will be charged a last minute alterations fee, unless there was a detail I missed in your initial request which will be fixed at no cost

 

 Prices are 50% off the original cost per additional character. E.X: If you order a $25 Flat colored anthro bust, the main/primary character will be charged the full $25, while an extra character included would be charged $12 each. I only accept a limited amount of slots per batch to prevent burnt out and overwhelming myself. Note that bigger orders will take longer to complete. See the Progress, Communication & Deadlines section for more information about wait times

 

If you're unable to commission me currently but in the near future (within the next 6 months or less), you're eligible to order a Reservation on my  Trello Queue. No pre-payment/fees and each slot is valid up to 3 months before expiring. You may cancel at any time but it's not guaranteed to receive your original slot. Once a spot on my official list is open you'll be notified, if no response by 3 days, the reservation is voided. Window shoppers may not apply

You're allowed to pay early or wait until you're the current order to be worked on, this makes cancellation easier if you decide to withdraw your order, thus making both sides feel more secure during the wait. I only work in chronological order; oldest to most recent. Anyone who tries to demand their order be started on first will receive either a strike, cancellation, or blacklist depending on the severity of the offense

Do not expect your character's base colors to remain the same in rendered pieces. I use dramatic colors, shadows & lights to give the off the vibrant look I strive for. Unless you requested a flat colored commission, your character's colors will be affected shaded. Refrain from ordering if this is something you may not agree with

2. Progress, Communication & Deadlines

Do not rush me, my personal life will always be top priority. Insistent rushing only stresses me out, resulting in poor quality, earning you a strike. I do provide W.I.Ps or progress updates when I reach and finish certain checkpoints in my art.

Such as: Sketched, Lined, Colored, Shaded, Final Effects, & Finished Product(s). You may also ask for updates/W.I.Ps outside of these checkpoints, within reason. My work schedule for art is Monday - Friday starting from 10:15 AM till 6:30 PM U.S Central Time. Saturday & Sunday are my days off, any messages sent outside business hours or off days will not be responded to until the following business day. Holidays are automatic days off but special occasions (birthdays, celebrations, outings, etc.) will be given an early notice before the intended date it takes place on. I will take days off if I am in recovery for sickness, injury, or general wellbeing, clients being notified if I was working at the time

Excluding pixel art; which has a turn around time of 2 - 3 weeks maximum, TATs may take between 1 - 2 months for smaller orders and 2 - 3 months for larger orders. 
This can vary depending complexity, personal life, holidays, etc. I do accept deadlines if asked, however they must be discussed prior between the buyer and artist, I can decline any deadlines I feel are not feasible. You will not be compensated for any missed deadlines not stated upfront

No middlemen, all communication regarding the commission must directly be between the client and artist. I do accept clients with friends/loved ones paying on their behalf, but I must have contact with the payer as well

​

Be sure to keep me updated on any and all contact information or delays. If you are deactivating/moving/quitting or will not be able to reply for a week or longer, a heads up is required. Failure to do so within 2 weeks will result in order(s) being declared as abandoned therefore discontinued, refunds will not be valid for abandoned commissions

If I am waiting on a client during the verification stages of the art (the sketch & flat colors), I require a response within 1 week or the commission will be on hold and set aside, so I can work on remaining orders before it's declared as abandoned if no response is given by 2 weeks

3. Payment, Completion & Cancellation

Payment is to be provided upfront via PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp in (USD/American Dollars), Nitro, or Steam before I begin work. Assistance with currency converting will be provided if asked. You'll receive an invoice which must be paid in a week, a reminder will be sent in the last 3 days. Failure to pay will result in voiding your order + being stricken.

Partial payment is accepted. 50% of the payment upfront then the remaining 50% after which must be sent before receiving your artwork. I will provide 1 sneak peak of the order to prove it's finished.

If 3 days pass and the remaining amount is not sent, your order is cancelled and will be blacklisted. 50/50 payment is not available for prices under $10 (or under $20 for Nitro) due to fees. While tipping is not mandatory, it's greatly appreciated!

​If a commission is cancelled, refunds are only eligible if no progress has been made or no WIPs presented in the first 2 weeks. If progress was made, the artist will finish the work as originally intended. It is your responsibility to spend your money wisely. Please be 100% certain you intend on commissioning me and have the income to spare, I am not liable for one's financial situation

Clients will receive a watermarked and non-watermarked version of their art. You'll also have transparent and non-transparent versions of your artwork as well, if it came with a background. 
- These non-watermarked versions are for your own private usage only, unless it's for commercial use.
- Do not publicly re-upload them anywhere where they can be easily saved/screen captured by others, that's what the watermarked version is for

- A small signature will remain on the image for protective reasons. This cannot be removed

4. Image Rights

For personal use, you're allowed to use your art for almost anything so long as you do not attempt to claim as your own, profit or redistribute off the art. If commercial use, I will not expect profit back from any sales you make, so long as credit is provided. You have permission to re-post or share your commissioned art anywhere, so long as you use the watermarked version & provide credit, which varies on the social media site you're posting it on: My Social Media Accounts. I do not give consent for my art to be involved with NFT, Crypto or A.I work no matter if for personal or commercial use.

Prices will double to triple for commercial use. If you want personal usage artwork to become commercialized, you will be obligated to pay double the original amount you commissioned for. If you refuse and continue using it for profit without my permission or payment, you will be blacklisted. I will not ask for any earnings you've obtained from sales, but do not attempt to pass off the art as your own/sell it on its own

I do not claim to own/designed any characters or intellectual properties unless stated otherwise or my terms are breached. Credit will usually be listed unless a client asks otherwise. I do however, retain the right to post, use and promote my business with my art whether it'd be in digital or physical form, I will not share profits. It will still be stated I have no ownership of the subject, other than in the form of the artwork I created of them

5. miscellaneous

Pixel art is produced in 1 shading style only and will not be animated. My anthro art carries more human-like traits than animal, which can be altered if requested. Speedpaints are unavailable for pixel icons, ref sheets, or fully private commissions, & reference sheets will not be shaded.

I am open to accepting experimental commissions if my official options do not fit your needs, this is to be consulted between client and artist first.

With Nitro payments, I do not take Nitro Classic. Keep in mind the amount varies on the prices (I.E: you cannot order a $40 dollar commission with 1 month of Nitro, as 1 month = $10). Same applies regarding paying for Steam Games (I.E: You can't obtain a $10 piece for a $5 game/gift card)

Regarding experimental & regular commissions, I only draw in the style I currently provide. Do not ask me to mimic another artist or their work, nor expect me to draw in a kemono or anime style. You will be refused service if so

If you lose your art, I do not guarantee to have the files saved to replace it. I usually clear out my storage every couple of weeks. Please make sure to save any versions of your artwork you receive and create backups if necessary

Complaints about my prices will be treated as abusive conduct and will result in a strike.
- I charge for my time, effort and experience
- You are not obligated to commission me and I am not obligated lower my prices
- I will not draw for free either, unless I officially state otherwise
Attempts to haggle, lowball, bribe, receive discounts, guilt trip or offer other types of ‘payment’ will not be accepted and will result on a strike depending on a client's behavior
 

​Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. I will ask you to stop two times and two times only. Persistence will result canceling your order and being blocked + blacklisted. No refunds will be provided either for breaching my terms, includes but not limited to:

- Rudeness or aggression (passive, remarks, or otherwise)

- Sexual & flirtatious behavior

- Venting or expecting the artist to vent to you

- Sharing or asking for personal/intimate details between client & artist

- Attempts to convert or push the artist's boundaries

- Intoxicated or under a substance's influence

This is not a full list, I will call out any behavior that violates professional boundaries

 

By commenting Constellations at the end of your order form(s), you have confirmed that you have read and agreed to abide by my terms of service, these terms have a 3 strike warning. After you've received 3 strikes, you will be blacklisted & blocked. Mass offensives will result in an immediate blacklist.
